Coaching is much more than the newest fad among leaders and people-helping professionals; it represents a fundamental shift in the way people are helped to live lives of significance and in the way up-and-coming leaders are developed. Created to assist both professional coaches and leaders who lead using a coaching leadership style, the Center for the Advancement of Christian Coaching is postured to help lead and nurture the Christian coaching movement as it grows and matures for decades to come.
